Wanted to see Dartmouth popular places and this apartment was useful base for exploring most of them. Appreciated a fridge, an electric kettle and a microwave, lovely sized room. Had a bath. The atmosphere seemed to be special! Marvellous location with everything at the door, it was close enough to the town centre and Dartmouth. Chilled out in Harbour Bar, located a 4-6 minute walking distance from the venue.

The low tree leading from the metal staircase into the garden can be a hazard, especially in the dark.

We had an amazing stay at the Lookout At Lauriston. the apartment was excellent - spacious, airy, and very well equipped. the stunning views over the area were a highlight, especially from the balcony. the apartment was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and separate bathrooms for added convenience. the kitchen had everything we needed, including a dishwasher and washing machine. the location was beautiful, perfect for exploring nearby towns like Torquay, Brixham, and Totnes. we highly recommend the Lookout At Lauriston for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area. Cons: Nothing 🌟 It was perfect! .

our stay at the lookout was even better than our previous visit to dartmouth. the self-catering property had everything we needed and more, with stunning views and private parking. the apartment was well laid out, comfortable, clean, and equipped with all necessary amenities.

The location of this budget accommodation is great, with stunning views of the river and town. It is just a short walk to the town center, and the apartment is well decorated and spacious. the bed is comfortable and there is even a spa bath for relaxation. On-site parking is available, which is convenient.

The metal platform leading to the front door could be made more child and dog-friendly.

The location of Lookout At Lauriston was absolutely perfect! I couldn't get enough of the breathtaking views, especially at night. The amenities were top-notch, and I particularly loved the jacuzzi bath. All the bathrooms had high-quality toiletries, which was a delightful bonus. The apartment itself was well-decorated and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The parking space was convenient, and I appreciated having it reserved.

It's worth mentioning that there were a few minor issues in the kitchen, such as the need to replace some baking trays and the kitchen bin. Additionally, the walk back from town was steep, but I was aware of this when I booked.

We absolutely loved our romantic escape! the apartment was spacious, light, and had a stunning view. It was conveniently close to town, but also offered the peace and quiet we were looking for. Plus, having parking and the option to bring our dog made our stay even more enjoyable. the small orchard nearby was a lovely addition for walking our furry friend.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks. the steep walk up from town might be a challenge for those with limited mobility.

The view from the balcony was breathtaking and definitely the highlight of our stay. We enjoyed waking up to stunning vistas every morning. Another positive aspect was the well-decorated and spacious apartment, which provided all the amenities we needed. Additionally, the comfortable bed and excellent spa bath were a treat after a long day.

The steep climb up the hill to reach the apartment was quite challenging, especially for someone like me who is not very fit. It definitely took a toll on our energy levels.
